 RETURNS & EXCHANGES AT Beaver Park Marina
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases at Beaver Park Marina. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you purchased, you may return it (in new, resalable condition) within 30 days for a prompt refund. (We'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.) We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a credit to your credit card account within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
The returned product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging materials.

 

 EXCHANGES AT Beaver Park Marina
If you are sending an item back to us for an exchange (different size shirt, decided you want a different color, etc), you are responsible for shipping charges to send the item to us. Your credit card will be billed the actual additional shipping charges to send the replacement item to you. By requesting an exchange, you are granting us permission to ship the replacement and bill your credit card for the shipping charges. (If we were in error with the item we sent, we will cover the shipping charges, of course. We may also waive this charge at our discretion depending upon the size of the item.)
