About Us
Conveniently located between Lorain and Vermilion on Lake Erie’s southern shore, Beaver Park is open year-round and caters primarily to power boaters. Owned and operated by William Schaeffer, former National President of the Marine Retailer Association of America, we’re dedicated to making your boating experience as enjoyable as possible.

We offer a variety of dock packages, with or without utilities, accommodating boats up to 30 feet. Floating metal docks provide stable access, while shaded lawn areas, nearby parking, and ramp services add comfort and convenience.

Our marina features 24/7 security lighting and staff, plus year-round storage options with both locked indoor and fenced outdoor facilities. Whether you’re heading to the islands or cruising the city, Beaver Park makes it easy to get out on the water.
